- I Can Talk - Two Door Cinema Club - sprints @ chorus. This a fast paced song and perfect for sprints.
- Vertigo (Redanka Power Mix) - U2 - @ 2:00, add the gear and standing charge up the hill. Hit the beat of the music. 3:45, slow it down, add more gear. 5:10 take away some gear and charge down hill, hover.
- I'm Shipping Up To Boston - Dropkick Murphys - standing climb, hover and double time at chorus. Sit at 1:30.
- I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) - The Proclaimers - another Scottish band. You may remember this song from the movie "Benny and June". Jumps at chorus. Up for 8, sit for 8.
- Love You 'Till The End - The Pogues - begin in a climb and then we will come back down and begin our cool down.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Any chance I get to create a themed playlist for my cycle class, I do it. So for St. Patty's day I created a playlist of Celtic Rock bands. I threw in two Scottish bands, because I really like these songs and they are fun to exercise too. Hope the "Luck of the Irish" follows you tomorrow and enjoy this rockin' Celtic playlist:
